Unless previously arranged with the Ameen Board, monthly rent is due in the Ameen Office (NOT to be handed off to any Board member) by the 1st (FIRST) of every month. The Board may levy a fine of US$100.00 if rent is received after the 5th (FIFTH) of the month consistently. We encourage you to give us twelve post dated checks to ensure that you are not late any month.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank for your continued commitment to AHC and its objectives. There are quite a few members who are on the waiting list to buy their homes. Any funds that you can bring into AHC at this time will help us move ahead faster.
Many members have not provided us with change of address information upon their move, please use the change of address form to let us know if any of your access information has changed. This will enable us to stay in touch with you.
Members who have not deposited pledged amounts to their accounts are encouraged to do so as-soon-as-possible.
